Shipping & Returns

We ship to every serviceable pin code in India through trusted courier partners.

• Dispatch: around 99% of personalised orders leave our workshop the same day. Larger frames and bulk or corporate orders may take 1-3 working days.
• Delivery time: 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charge: a flat ₹50 on orders below ₹500.
• Free shipping on every order of ₹500 and above.
• Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

If something is not right, you have 3 days from delivery to raise a replacement request.

• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 86104 70460 within 3 days with your order number and a photo of the item.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return courier charges are borne by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or the fault is ours.
• Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, we send out a replacement. We offer replacement or exchange rather than a money refund.

Every name mug, engraved pen, photo bottle and custom frame is made for one person only, so it cannot be resold.

• Personalised items are fully replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or engraved differently from what you approved.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised items once production has started.
• Spelling submitted by the customer is engraved exactly as given, so please double-check names and dates before confirming.

Send us photos of the parcel and the item on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a free replacement and cover the shipping, and we do not ask you to pay any return charge.

Orders can be cancelled at no charge until engraving or printing begins, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. After production has started, a personalised order cannot be cancelled. Non-personalised, ready-stock items can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
