How soon will my order be dispatched?

Almost all customised orders are dispatched the same day. Because the engraving and printing are done in our own workshop, we are not waiting on anyone else to finish your gift. Large bulk orders may need longer, and we will tell you the timing before you pay.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in India. Around Coimbatore we send orders regularly to Annur, Saravanampatti, Sathyamangalam, Puliyampatti, Mettupalayam and Avinashi, and you are welcome to collect from the shop instead.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Yes. The shop is on SMC Palayam Road, Ganeshapuram, Annur, and is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday from 10am to 9pm.
