Step 1: Start with the list, not the product

Before looking at a single gift, write down who is receiving one and how many. Most companies end up with three or four groups, each with its own budget:

• All staff. The largest group. One gift for everyone, usually the most budget-sensitive.
• Senior team and managers. A smaller group that gets a more premium set.
• Clients and key accounts. The gift represents your brand, so finish and packing matter most here.
• Dealers, distributors and channel partners. Often the biggest quantity after staff, and a gift they will use at their counter or desk keeps your name in front of them all year.

Once you know the groups and numbers, choosing gifts becomes a simple matter of matching each group to a budget band.

Step 3: Decide how the gift will be branded

Branding is what turns a bulk gift into a corporate gift. There are three common choices:

• Company logo on every piece. The most common choice for staff and dealer gifts. One logo, one approval, fastest to produce.
• Logo plus each person’s name. For staff and senior teams, a name next to the logo makes the gift personal. Send the names in an Excel sheet and we engrave each one.
• Logo on the gift box. For premium sets, the logo can go on the box as well as on the products inside.

Metal surfaces such as pens, bottles, card holders, mobile stands and diary plates are laser engraved, so the mark is permanent and cannot peel or fade. Send your logo as a PDF, AI or CDR file, or a high resolution PNG, and we share a preview before anything is engraved.

Step 4: Work backwards from the distribution date

The date that matters is not Diwali itself but the day you hand the gifts out, which for many offices is the last working day before the holiday. Count back from that date:

• Delivery: 2 to 5 days across India after dispatch.
• Engraving and packing: we engrave in our own workshop and dispatch most customised orders the same day. For a few hundred sets, allow a few extra days.
• Approvals: logo preview, colour choice and the final quantity. In our experience this step takes the longest inside companies, so start it first.
• Stock: popular colours of popular sets run out close to Diwali. Confirming early locks in your colour and quantity.

As a simple rule, the earlier your quantity and logo are final, the more choice you have.

Step 5: Order a few extra

New joiners, a forgotten branch, a surprise client visit: something always comes up. Ordering about 5 percent extra costs little and saves a panic order later. Spare pieces can be engraved with only the logo and kept for the rest of the year.

Yes. Send the list in Excel with one name per row and we engrave each piece with its own name alongside your logo.

Yes, we deliver across India. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days after dispatch.

Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

Yes. We share a digital preview of your logo on the product before anything is engraved, so you can approve the placement and size first.

Do you give a GST invoice?

Yes. Share your company name and GST number with the order and we raise a GST invoice for the full quantity.

Do you offer reseller prices?
